The CMS was founded in May 1984 as a sole proprietorship with the aim of entering into the field of precision machining for third parties, to stand, now, in the area of automatic machines and specializing in the machining of small and very small amounts, maintaining relations collaboration with leading Manufacturers of automatic machines and the province of Bologna. In 2002, the sole proprietorship became SRL under the name of CMS or Costruzioni Meccaniche Scudellaro. The CMS operates on a covered area of over 2000 square meters and relies on the professionalism of 12 collaborators over to owners.
